Aimee
Registered Veterinary Technician
Ever since I was young, my family and I knew I’d be working with animals in some way. Combined with my interest in health sciences, becoming an RVT was a perfect fit for me. I started at Guelph Street Animal Hospital as a part-time ACA in December 2020 while I attended Sheridan College to get my diploma. I graduated from Sheridan in spring 2022 and ever since then I’ve been working full-time here. One of the most rewarding things about working as an RVT is seeing and hearing the difference in our patient’s behaviour after they’ve been treated. I look forward to getting to meet everyone and their fur-babies!

Roxanna
Veterinary Assistant/Reception
I joined the Guelph Street Animal Hospital in January 2024. My whole life I knew I wanted to work with and help animals; the best thing about working in this field is being able to see the growth of our patients over the years and the great satisfaction in assisting in animals' health. I now study at Sheridan College working towards my diploma and being an RVT. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies.

Lucy
Clinic Cat
Hello my name is Lucy and Guelph Street Animal Hospital became my new home in April 2020. I am a bit of an introvert and prefer to spend most of my time in my cat house in the back. Most days I am taste testing food to make sure it passes quality assurance or supervising surgeries. The next time you are in please ask one of the staff to come get me so that I am able to say hello.

In Loving Memory

Buddy
(9-20-10 to 11-9-22)
Buddy will be dearly missed and never forgotten by staff and clients of Guelph Street Animal Hospital. From the moment Buddy arrived he was a key part of the clinic, from greeting clients, to begging for treats/attention, he never failed to bring a smile to everyone’s face. If love could have kept him here, he would have lived forever. His memory will forever live on in our hearts.
